About Me

    Hi. Welcome to Kode360.com

My name is Ken Rumsey, otherwise known as Koding. I am a college student currently in my 2nd year of study working towards an AA in Mathematics and an AS in Computer Analysis/Programming. I should complete both degrees in the Fall of 2008. In Spring 2009, I intend to start my undergraduate studies to get a BS in Mathematics and and then on to a PhD in Mathematics.
    I 1-sin(theta) Math!!

The site will contain a seemingly random assortment of things as I am interested in many things. One day I could be talking about a 360 game, then a math problem I'm working on, and end the day with a post about an anime I recently watched. There's really no way to predict what I'll blog about

    Thanks for reading. Enjoy.

You Gotta Love ‘em!

Overheard in the math lab:

Tutor: OK, so now we have two sides and we know the angle is 30 degrees. So for the next step, what is the sine of 30?

Student: Um….positive?

I almost bust out laughing when I heard that but I composed myself quickly. For those of you who don’t understand the joke, it would be equivalent of something like this:

Tutor: OK, so you know all your state capitals…what’s the capital of Florida?

Student: Um…F?

Priceless…absolutely priceless… :)
