About Me

    Hi. Welcome to Kode360.com

My name is Ken Rumsey, otherwise known as Koding. I am a college student currently in my 2nd year of study working towards an AA in Mathematics and an AS in Computer Analysis/Programming. I should complete both degrees in the Fall of 2008. In Spring 2009, I intend to start my undergraduate studies to get a BS in Mathematics and and then on to a PhD in Mathematics.
    I 1-sin(theta) Math!!

The site will contain a seemingly random assortment of things as I am interested in many things. One day I could be talking about a 360 game, then a math problem I'm working on, and end the day with a post about an anime I recently watched. There's really no way to predict what I'll blog about

    Thanks for reading. Enjoy.

In addition to my love of math, I also have a great deal of love for Star Trek. Ever since watching my first episode in the mid-70’s I was hooked on it. I have watched and enjoyed everything from the original series to the last episode of “Enterprise” and all of the movies (yes, even the odd ones). And I look forward to seeing J.J. Abrams remake in the upcoming “Star Trek” movie. So it is with a sad heart that I make this post…

Majel Barrett Roddenberry, the widow of Star Trek creator Gene Roddenberry, has passed away. As the only person to have a role in every version of Star Trek from the original to the new J.J. Abrams movie, she was well known by generations of trekkies and trekkers alike.

She will be missed.

RIP Majel.
